Elf Evans – Artist and Photographer

June 15, 2008 · 2 Comments

Elf EvansA man with a talent for still life, the work he creates has a classical beauty that reaches back into time, and then shoots straight forward to the present.

His photography is full of clean lines and traditional styling, with hint of the modern contemporary, while his paintings are full of motion and colour.

Besides his great gallery at Redbubble, he started a group called Studio 34 where artists gather to support each other, and help promote sales of their work. He also has work available on ImageKind - please have a visit to his galleries and leave him a note!

A very powerfull and yet most simple way to express one’s feelings using photography and abstract expressionism to convey, peace, equilibrium, challenge ; how to attain, not perfection but excellence!
The essence of the Art of T’ai Chi , has been shapping this Artist for the past few years!
One can sense this through his ART.
Movement, colours, perspective, shapes and forms, are blended,in the most inspiring ways.
His Art , reaches our inner being ,by calling what has been left ,unworked in us ,for lack of sensitivity, knowledge, prior interest or revelation of our capacities and capabilities.
Teaching ,without teaching, present, without overbearing,he is a very powerfull influence for the one who can open his eyes and see , beyond the mirror.
