Otherwise known as “hotblack”. I’ve admired his work for sometime, and over the course of the last few years struck up a fun acquaintance with him…in the end, I’d have to say I count him among my net-friends. We’re not always in touch, but I always know where I can find him.
He’s a steady photographer with good skills, producing some superb work, not only in the artistic vein, but also in the commercial stock style. Besides all that, he’s also a published writer, having recently published “The Beatle Man”.

In the Artist’s own words:
I work in IT. Which is generally so incredibly dull I write and take photographs to keep me sane. I’ve been a serious amateur photographer for 3 years now. I still sell the occassional photo via MicroStock but I now give away all my work for free via MorgueFile and SXC.
I have just published my first novel “The Beatle Man” which is slowly making its way onto online book sites now.
(my notes: Scott is no amateur in my book!)

Those are fabulous – hard to believe this guy is only an amateur!
