One of the groups I belong to (Promote Each Other) has little competitions within the group to decide what images from the group will be promoted by all the members – members get to select which images from the winning group that they choose to promote net-wide. I find it rather difficult to select one or two, so this page and others to follow will promote all the winners from the competitions (at least where I can do so).
After all, this entire “Shout” was created with the intention of promoting artists work.

It’s her red scarf that first traps my eye. She’s half naked, legs exposed under a black skirt that drops mid-thigh; chest clad in a black buckled vest. She’s standing on the sidewalk area around the fountain, the famous fountain here with Pan dancing, water spouting from goat heads, the whole area cobblestoned as a little urban park.
